Typically 6-12 sessions over an extended period, but can be catered to suit your needs.

Intensive Coaching
Overview:
A focused, one-off or short series of coaching sessions to work through your specific challenges, help with decision-making or overcome leadership obstacles.

£100 for a 90-minute session

This is a 30-45 minute conversation to explore your current situation, your dreams and goals, challenges you have and whether coaching is the best solution for you.Propopsal
I will send over a tailored proposal of how we could work together, including the investment, number of sessions and duration and any other points that are required to make a successful coaching partnership.Decision
You can take your time to review the proposal, ask any questions and confirm whether you would like to proceed or not.Getting Started
We agree on the date, time and logistics of the first session and book it into our calendars.Session One - Coaching Begins
In the first session, we will discuss in detail what your goals are for the coaching package and what you need to support them.Session Two Onwards
You bring your agenda to each session and we get to work on creating lasting change, building resilience and getting you closer to where you want to be.
We will check in regularly to see how the individual session outcomes are contributing towards your overall goals for the coaching programme.
