Frequently Asked Questions.

Below are some Frequently Asked Questions around coaching with me.

If you have additional questions, please get in touch and I will be happy to help.

  • I am currently working towards achieving the ICF ACC Accredited Coach qualification.

As part of this, I have completed extensive coaching training from an ICF accredited course under a Master Coach.

Additionally, I have completed internal coaching courses to industry standards.

  • In addition to the numerous hours of practice coaching required on my coaching course, I also provide professional coaching within my current company.

This has allowed me to coach people all over the world.

This internal coaching follows the same standards and coaching competencies as I am offering through my private coaching practice.

  • I am currently completing my ICF-accredited coach training and working toward the 100 coaching hours required for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

This means you have the opportunity to experience high-quality, structured coaching at a special introductory rate while I build toward accreditation.

Coaching packages will be tailored to your specific needs, but below is some indicative investments for reference only:

    1-2-1 Coaching

    • 1 session every 2 weeks for 3 months (6 sessions in total)

    • 60-90 minute sessions

    • Investment = £450 - £600

    Intensive Coaching

    Individual Sessions

    90 minutes sessions = £120

    Sprints for decisions or problems

    • 3 × 90 minute sessions in a month = £300

  • I want coaching to be accessible to people who are ready to commit to the process, even if the investment feels out of reach right now.

If cost is the only barrier, I offer:

    • A limited number of scholarship places at a reduced rate each quarter.

    • Occasional service exchange arrangements where the value provided is comparable and agreed in advance.

    • A limited amount of free/pro-bono coaching to Charities, other non-profit organisations, and those in need.

All sessions must involve a financial payment or an exchange of value in order to count toward my ICF credentialing requirements (excluding pro bono agreements).

  • I am currently in full-time employment, so coaching will be done outside of working hours.

This means a degree of flexibility will be required from both parties to find suitable times for coaching sessions (mornings, evenings and weekends).

  • I am based in Hampshire, so can offer face-to-face coaching to select clients in Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex.

The majority of my coaching is done virtually.

  • I follow the core ICF competencies when I coach.

No gimmicks or promising quick fixes, just active listening, powerful questioning and getting to your core values and beliefs so you can make lasting change.

    • You benefit from current, cutting-edge coaching techniques from ICF-accredited training.

    • Lower rates than post-credential coaches, while maintaining professionalism.

    • Same confidentiality, structure, and outcomes as a fully accredited coach.

    • Sessions count toward my ICF credential, so I’m fully invested in your success.

  • I am currently only offering coaching on an individual basis.

You can still work for a corporate employer, but the coaching contract will be on a personal level.
