bespoke 1:1 Coaching

I currently only work with a limited number of private clients to ensure deep, meaningful partnerships.

I provide coaching for 3 distinct stages in someone’s career:

Career Design, Transition and Leadership.

My current availability:

2 private clients.

If you’d like to be considered for coaching, please get in touch with me to arrange a free, commitment-free Introduction Call.

Career Design coaching

The work of building a career that’s actually yours.

Most career decisions are overshadowed by the lure of pay rises, title changes and having a great reputation.

These decisions accumulate over time until one day you realise that your career and life weren’t intentionally designed to make you happy.

This work isn’t about finding your passion or “dream job”; it’s about:

  • Understanding the trade-off’s your willing to make.

  • Defining what your version of success looks like.

  • Distinguishing what can and can’t be changed in your life.

  • Creating small experiments to test career changes.

Best for people who:

  • Are outwardly successful but lack fulfilment.

  • Have been questioning their career path and what the next 3-5 years look like.

  • Work is driving their home life, instead of the other way around.

Transition coaching

Navigating significant changes in your life and career.

Transitioning between roles and industries, pivoting careers, and significant life changes can be challenging times.

These situations bring change, uncertainty and new decisions which need to be made.
This can cause stress and anxiety, especially if you keep circling around the same thoughts without taking action.

This stage is about setting yourself up for success during periods of change.

Best for people who:

  • Are implementing a life or career pivot.

  • Are stepping into a new role, promotion or company.

  • Are at a crossroads, where the next decision could change their lives.

Leadership coaching

Leading yourself and others with confidence.

If you have the responsibility of leading people or a business, there can be a lot on your mind and very little time to think.

Days are packed with meetings, an ever-filling inbox, and constant high-pressure decisions on your shoulders.

You probably don’t need more information or advice to overload your thinking.

Leadership Coaching gives you the space to process your own thoughts, have your thinking challenged and provides you with the accountability to develop your leadership to the next level.

Best for people who:

  • Are in leadership roles (new or established).

  • Have the skills and experience, but are doubting their capability to lead.

  • Don’t have dedicated time to think about their challenges and goals.

What working together feels like

My clients describe my coaching as being:

  • A calm and non-judgemental approach.

  • Deep, active listening: picking up on what you are and are not saying.

  • A safe place to explore challenging topics.

  • Thought-provoking and challenging without being pushy.

I ensure that my coaching is free from hype and gimmicks and follows proven methods to help you get the results that you are after.

The Coaching Process

Below is the process for signing up for bespoke 1:1 coaching and what to expect afterwards:

  1. Book your Introduction Call
Book your free, no-obligation Introduction Call with me via my online calendar.

Before the call, you will first be asked to complete a 2-minute survey with some basic information about what you would like to achieve, etc.

  2. Discovery Call
This is a 30-45 minute casual conversation to explore your current situation, your dreams and goals, challenges you have and whether coaching is the best solution for you.

This call is absolutely free, and there are no obligations or pressure for you to sign up.

  3. Proposal
Based on our conversation, I will send over a tailored proposal of how we could work together, including the investment, number of sessions, duration and any other points that are required to make a successful coaching partnership.

I typically include a few different options tailored for your investment budget.

  4. Your Decision
You can take your time to review the proposal, ask any questions and confirm whether you would like to proceed or not, and with which option.

  5. Getting Started
We agree on the date, time and logistics of the first session and book it into our calendars.

  6. Session One - Coaching Begins
You bring your agenda to each session, and we get to work on creating lasting change, building resilience, and helping you move closer to where you want to be.

You can then book subsequent sessions at a frequency that suits your needs.

  7. Mid and End Point Sessions
Halfway through the coaching programme, we will revisit your initial goals and discuss how you feel they are being met and if we need to recalibrate.

During the final session, we will revisit to evaluate the progress you have made.

"The depth of the space you create feels genuinely safe to explore in."
