The Coaching Process
Below is the process for signing up for coaching and what to expect afterwards:
Book your Introduction Call
Book your free, no-obligation Introduction Call with me via my online calendar.
You will first be asked to complete a 2-minute survey with some basic information about what you would like to achieve, etc.Discovery Call
This is a 30-45 minute casual conversation to explore your current situation, your dreams and goals, challenges you have and whether coaching is the best solution for you.Proposal
I will send over a tailored proposal of how we could work together, including the investment, number of sessions, duration and any other points that are required to make a successful coaching partnership.
I typically include a few different options tailored for your investment budget.Your Decision
You can take your time to review the proposal, ask any questions and confirm whether you would like to proceed or not, and with which option.Getting Started
We agree on the date, time and logistics of the first session and book it into our calendars.Session One - Coaching Begins
You bring your agenda to each session, and we get to work on creating lasting change, building resilience, and helping you move closer to where you want to be.
You can then book subsequent sessions at a frequency that suits your needs.Mid and End Point Sessions
Halfway through the coaching programme, we will revisit your initial goals and discuss how you feel they are being met and if we need to recalibrate.
During the final session, we will revisit to evaluate the progress you have made.
